The use of this site Why2Wise (www.why2wise.com.au) and purchase of the Why2Wise Box with online learning program is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Your order through Why2Wise indicates your acceptance of these terms. These terms and condition also apply to Why2Wise Box with online learning programs added to this website. Why2Wise reserves the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time. 

 

 

Online Learning Program

The online learning program can be used via email password upon payment. It is the buyer's responsibility to have appropriate access through the Internet to allow access and completion of the program. Why2Wise cannot provide refunds for online courses once access is granted.

All online learning programs are offered in an online environment and can be viewed online and cannot be downloaded. The content of the online learning program, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights contained herein, is the property of Why2Wise. No part of the online learning program material may be reproduced. When you purchase the Why2Wise Box, you will have access to Online learning Program for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Our online learning programs may include references to external brands or third parties. Referring to a third-party products, service, process or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply any approval, sponsorship, guarantee or subscription with Why2Wise.

 

Supplied Materials (Why2Wise Box)

Why2Wise provides the materials needed for online learning programs, but students may have their own materials that are not included in the Why2Wise Box. We try to provide the requested materials from the selected Why2Wise Box, but due to product availability we may sometimes have to replace it. If a replacement is needed, we will communicate with the purchaser before delivery. Why2Wise will try to answer students' opinions or questions within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

Why2Wise has the right to cancel course access and Why2Wise Box orders. A refund will be provided for canceled orders.

Why2Wise is trying to supply the best quality products in the world for our students to use in online learning programs. Why2Wise is not the manufacturer of these products, and all claims, queries and exchanges of parts will be forwarded to the manufacturer for modification. We will do our best to have the manufacturer correct the situation for all students as soon as possible.

On purchasing Why2Wise Box with online learning program, you agree that the use of any materials supplied are used at your own risk.

 

Replacements of Parts

In the course of online learning, the damage caused by carelessness cannot be replaced. But we will do everything we can to ensure that your defective parts are replaced as soon as possible and known to you throughout the process.

 

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times usually take between 2 to 10 working days for Australian deliveries and sometimes longer for remote areas.
These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.

 

Resend

When the ordered parcel is returned back to the sender (Why2Wise), we will resend you only when you pay the shipping fee.

 

Return and refund policy

Why2Wise accepts returns of undamaged products or exchange within 10 days  after you receive the items. 

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. If you need to return an items contact us with your order number info@why2wise.com.au

Why2Wise is not responsible for any loss or damage arising out of this website or any website linked to this website.

Why2Wise aims to provide the highest level of service and is not responsible for any inaccurate or misleading information, data loss or damage, loss of profits, revenue or goodwill provided in any program or course material. Or indirect, special or consequential losses arising from taking the Why2Wise Online Learning Program or using products sold at www.why2wise.com.au.

Safety is at the forefront of all online learning programs, so all online learning programs for children under 18 must be conducted under the supervision of an adult or guardian. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the user agrees that all students under the age of 18 will be supervised when completing the online learning program and using the provided Why2Wise Box. Users also agree to cancel and waive any claims against Why2Wise for personal injury or negligence when viewing the Why2Wise online learning programs and using related materials.

 

Collecting your information

By ordering or registering through Why2Wise, you give us the right to add your contact information to our database and to send you shipping emails. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we can contact you about special offers and new products, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We may exchange personal information with third party service providers who support business operations such as payment, marketing, data processing, IT, legal, shipping, website maintenance, and other services. Some of these third parties may be located in Australia or around the world.

NSW Back to School Vouchers

Once NSW Back to School Vouchers are processed with Service NSW refunds are not available and NSW Back to School Vouchers are not available to be exchanged to any other provider. By supplying a NSW Back to School Voucher for payment you are authorising Why2Wise to process the cost of your order from your Back to School voucher with Service NSW.   

PRE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE STOCKS WHICH ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, SOMETIMES MAY HAVE TO WAIT 4 WEEKS OR MORE TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS. 

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ BELOW:

  • Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout.
  • We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
  • Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 4 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)
  • Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
  • If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
  • Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.
